YouTube Updates Terms- Cracks Down on Commercial Use
YouTube recently udated their Terms of Use for commercial purposes which may affect you…..
I’m posting this because many of you invloved in video marketing use various methods to monitize your videos which include onsite and offsite video marketing
Basically YouTube’s new updated Terms of Use will affect those of you who are aggregating embedded videos for monitization purposes.
I actually also posted about this in a popular internet marketing forum (Warrior Forum)where there is a link that explains => YouTubes new Terms of Use

Hi
I dont sell YouTube videos, but I use some of them in my training seminars. I deliver seminars which people pay for, and the content is my own, but i show a few videos to make it more interesting. Is this okay?

Hi Jay,
I don’t see why that would violate any laws but again I’m not an attorney…
